I just finished reading "The Attrition Colonies" by Ralph Myers.
I had to come here and share my new found enthusiasm for this writer and this book!
I am not a non-fiction fan, but that changed overnight as I dove into the beginning pages and
just was wanting to tire my eyes to go to sleep and rest but then I started to be awakened by the words and soon found myself being pulled into the beat of a message of a story being drummed out for anyone to hear that can understand the words in this jungle we live in of life and what may or may not become, or what may or not have happened, and I needed to hear more.
I thought that I would read a little of the opening pages and try to get some sleep, and the words compelled me so much with the story that I found myself at three in the morning, on chapter 41, and wishing I had the stamina to finish it. I had much to do the next day and all I could think of was getting home and taking up where I left off and continuing the journey that Ralph was taking me on. What a great escape from the everyday life as I know it.
It was exciting and titilating, and had my interest from the very start to the end.
